I chose to be on Mics Uncut because I like the idea of having a show strictly dedicated to highlighting talent and game-changers in the community. Mics Uncut highlights the important parts of an individual’s work, with ample time for discussion and dialogue. There’s a depth to Mics Uncut that allows guests to engage in deeper conversations and not just focus on quick sound bites. I haven’t seen many visual shows here in Central Illinois that engages both the guests and viewers to the extent that Mics Uncut does.

Mics Uncut is an upcoming broadcast and choosing to be interviewed was an easy decision! The minute I walked in, I was greeted by friendly and efficient personnel. I immediately felt at ease as I was introduced to staff and other guests. Ahavah is amazing at making guests feel comfortable and at ease. She is also well educated on a variety of topics and thus able to ask valuable questions. Her open-ended questions and sincerity allows the interviewee to connect with the audience.
